THE MIRE, THE MARSH: APRIL EDITION

Hello folks -
Only 17 days late this time, holy crap. Well, here's hoping you read this all the same. There's all kinds of stuff to share so lets just get right into it:
- Wrote a, perhaps, naval gazey piece about my debut EP, The Sea Meets the Sky, which turned one year old on February 9th. I also wrote something about my score for 1922's Nosferatu being screened in Vancouver. If you're interested in that. Honestly, I hope you'll subscribe to There is Something in the Woods. Its relatively interesting, or at least... I enjoy writing it.
- My next MEGAFAUNA EP, cnʁʁԍuϝ λԍɑʁ ɑʁმnwԍuϝ, releases on 4/20 (blaze it) on Bandcamp and Ampwall. It's a totally normal EP with nothing to at all be concerned about so stop worrying about it.
- The Marsh has been given a massive overhaul. There are still some pieces I'm working on updating but honestly I think it looks really good so why not take this opportunity to go and see it? I imagine the look of this newsletter will change next month too, but one thing at a time.
- I'd like to introduce you to WHAT EVEN IS THIS? a new tumblr blog that I started to give some attention to the weirdos and the music they make. No real genre requirements, but you've got to be doing something interesting and different. I want to provide a spotlight (small though it might be) to the stuff that has trouble finding one for whatever reason. Only way for it to really work is to blow it up, so hopefully you'll do that.
- Just recently uploaded a single that had originally been exclusive to a compilation. More for the purpose of having everything in one place, so if you do like it I encourage you to buy the compilation instead of the single. Anyways, you can hear it here.
- I joined Letterboxd again. I have a problem.

In closing, look at this fucking MTG card I pulled. What a weird game. I love it so much.
